SHIPPING INFORMATION

All US mainland orders will be mailed using UPS. All Canada, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and other international orders will all be sent out using USPS. Orders placed after 2 pm Pacific Time (except for next day air and 2 day air) will be shipped out the following morning before 10 am. Orders placed before 2 pm will be sent out that same day before 4 pm Pacific Time.

Shipping costs are based upon UPS standard rates. For international orders please email info@nlaperformance.com. Occasionally, NLA Performance has promotions for FREE SHIPPING and discounted shipping rates. That will be announced on our home screen and last no longer than 1 week.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, and EXCHANGES

Here at NLA Performance, customer satisfaction is our main priority. If your product is damaged, opened, and/or the seal on your packaging is broken you may exchange your product for the same product at no cost to you. You must return the item with a description of the problem and we will then send you a new product.

If you are unsatisfied with your product, you have 30 days to file a refund request by emailing your problem to customerservice@nlaperformance.com.

If we cannot fix your problem with store credit or exchange for a different product, we will give you 100% of your money back, guaranteed.
