Dumbbell Snatch: 3 sets of 20x15 (each arm)

Triple Set One:
Lying Bench Press: 45x15 55x15 65x15
Rope Face Pull: 20x25 20x25 30x25
Lying Leg Raise: 3 sets of 20

Triple Set Two:
Lying Dumbbell Pullover: 3 sets of 20x25
Cable Upright Row: 3 sets of 30x20
Scissor Kicks: 3 sets of 60

Triple set Three:
Arnold Press: 3 sets of 15x15
Dips: 3 sets of 10
Seated Leg Tucks: 3 sets of 12
