Sauteed Burgers by Amylu Chicken, gluten-free turkey bacon, mushroom, and onion salad.
-Cut up two chicken burgers (we used Chicken Burgers by Amylu)
-Cut up 3 slices of turkey bacon
-Dice 1/4 whole onion
-Dice half cup mushrooms
Sautee in a pan on medium-low until bacon is crispy and onions are browned.
Add the chicken, bacon, onions, and mushrooms into a bowl of:
-Spinach and leaf lettuce mix
-1/2 cup diced tomatos
-1/2 cup diced broccoli
-1/2 cup diced cucumbers
Toss everything together with your favorite low fat dressing.
