Gluten-Free Her Whey Protein Cups / Women's Diet & Nutrition


One of our loyal customers Alexa M. sent us in this amazing recipe for Her Whey protein cups.  These protein cups are a great, high protein, healthy snack for pre or post workout!

Here is the recipe:

-2 1/2 cups of rolled or instant oats (depending on how hearty you like them)
-1 heaping cup organic peanut butter
-4 scoops NLA Her Whey protein
-a drizzle of honey for sweetness

Put into a cupcake pan
Makes 12 heaping cups
Bake for about 10-11 mins
