Cardio Workout for January 4, 2013:

Find yourself a treadmill.

Total time of workout 15 minutes non-stop.

2 minutes fast pace walk.
2 minutes medium pace walk level 5 incline.
2 minute jog medium pace level 5 incline.
1 minute medium pace walk level 2 incline.
1 minute sprint level 2 incline.
1 minute walk level 4 incline.
1 minute sprint level 4 incline.
1 minute walk level 6 incline
1 minute sprint level 6 incline.
2 minute medium pace jog level 6 incline.
1 minute cool down walk.
